So, as many of you know, my amazing son Ashley O’Sullivan is volunteering with VSO and has been posted to Nigeria doing healthcare and AIDS relief! Nothing like being thrown in the deep end, eh? I am incredibly proud of him, for undertaking what will be a difficult posting on so many levels.
He is busy fundraising for this – all the money he raises goes directly to VSO and he needs to raise a total of £800 by February for it. I know it’s Christmas, and I know money is tight for many, but even if you can only afford to add a few pennies please do consider donating. If you were thinking of getting me a card, or present please pop the money in here instead 🙂
He is also going to do some sponsored things – head shaved, body waxed, a club night and is threatening us with a Christmas Single!
I will think of what I can offer to raise more money too, expect me to post about this lots, and if you can’t afford to donate anything, even just sharing this so more people see it would be hugely appreciated!
